As a Quality Engineer Manager within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Job ResponsibilitiesOversees test plan execution, ensuring alignment with project/program goals and resolving blockers and risks impacting timelines. Validates that data aligns to test strategy requirements, including System/Business End to End testing. Provides support to Quality Engineers for any issues related to test data creation, acquisition, and provisioning. Reviews post-production validation plan and works with team and business to evaluate outcomes, ensuring that results inform future test plans. Reviews planned changes and ensures testing has been completed to meet test strategy requirements and all testing risks are dispositioned. Identifies and develops mitigations and process improvements, communicating them to the Quality Engineer leadership.
