Associate General Clerk

If you are highly organized and have a keen attention to detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Office seeking temporary support for approximately 6 months. This could open a door to a full time, direct-hire opportunity for the right person! Pay $12/hour

Hours could vary between 6:00am-3:45pm. Early mornings allow you to get home and enjoy your evenings!!

Overview of Responsibilities

Review and sort large amounts of mail and packages delivered by postal service
Unload, sort mail (either by hand or by machine)
Address mail to the attention of various employees throughout the building
Review any mail that needs to be opened in office and sort by form recognition

Requirements

Basic to intermediate computer skills- Outlook experience preferred
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail in reading and processes
High school diploma or equivalent
