Job Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Healthcare Program Specialist in Harrisburg, PA 17120. The Healthcare Program Specialist would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

This department is hybrid , onsite in Harrisburg and work-from-home days.

Program Specialist Compensation

The pay for this position is $22 per hour, paid weekly!
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates modeling modelling

Program Specialist Highlights

This position is a long-term contract assignment, can get hired on by bureau if an internal role is available!
The required shifts availability for this position is 8am-5pm Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Clear cases files assigned; cases are of individual members who are no longer eligible for services, or who may have modifications in eligibility for other services.
Coordinates the development and maintenance of information technology to support program operations and monitor the tracking systems.
Reviews and recommends modifications to program manuals and materials based on policy revisions.
Develop and update forms and files.
Coordinates the collection of Data to prepare reports.
May be Involved in provider recruitment enrollment dis-enrollment and outreach activities. .

Requirements

Compatible experience is quite wide, manager is looking for a related background and at least 1 year of public health, or health care services experiences.
Health plan, entry level case management (not social worker) or health care insurance programs may be compatible too.
Bachelor's Degree required.
