Join Assisting Hands – Birmingham as we seek compassionate Caregivers to provide exceptional care to our clients in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in people's lives while enjoying a rewarding career in home health care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor and document clients' health and well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition needs.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and provide emotional support.
- Previous experience in home health care or a related field required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Background check and references required.
