Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Requirements Required for Hire- Active Property and Casualty License Life & Health License is a plus but not required for hire. Responsibilities include: Marketing to prospective clients to offer personalized proposals for their established business Meeting with new and existing clients to assess insurance needs Recommending coverage solutions based on risk and exposure Quoting, presenting, and binding insurance policies Following an established sales and follow-up process Maintaining accurate documentation and client records Building long-term client relationships through service and trust Growth & Development: This role is designed to grow with the right person.
