Summary The Front Desk Associate is the primary point of contact for customers and visitors, managing the store reception and phone operations while supporting the sales floor with administrative tasks. This role ensures a welcoming environment, coordinates appointments and inquiries, and assists with basic store operations to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers and visitors, managing the front desk and reception area. Answer and route incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle general inquiries. Coordinate with sales associates and management to support customer needs and store operations. Maintain front desk appearance, manage mail and deliveries, and perform light administrative duties. Requirements 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
