We are a fee‑for‑service private dental practice in Encinitas—known for its five‑star reviews and wonderful patient community! We pride ourselves on delivering high‑quality care with personalized, one‑hour hygiene appointments, complete with the support of a dedicated hygiene assistant.
What We Offer and Are Looking For:
- Flexible & Focused Schedule: Work every Wednesday, with options for 6, 7, or 8 patients per day and a 30‑ or 60‑minute lunch break.
- Excellent Environment: We are in a well‑rated office setting with a respectful, collaborative team culture.
- One‑hour appointment slots allow you to deliver thorough, attentive care—and your hygiene assistant helps streamline your day.
- Valid RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) license in California
- Passion for patient comfort, hygiene education, and high‑quality care
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor
- Experience with Dentrix and Dexis dental software a plus
- Great Bonus System that pays out 2x a month
