Title Registered Dental Hygienist Job Description Welcome patients and ensure they are comfortable in the clinical area. Discuss dental care plans and answer patient questions clearly. Perform professional cleanings, remove plaque, and apply fluoride treatments. Evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and oral infections. Capture high-quality X-rays and create dental impressions. Take vital signs and maintain accurate, detailed medical histories. Prepare sterilized equipment for exams and clinical procedures. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques for long-term health. Strictly follow all health, safety, and HIPAA regulations. Salary Range full-time $60 - $65 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Benefits 401(k) retirement plan options. Paid Time Off (PTO). Shift & Schedule Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed Requirements Licensed dental hygienist Active State Licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Associate degree from a program certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and dental safety guidelines. Strong communication skills and a patient-focused customer service approach. Physical ability to stand for long periods and bend repeatedly during clinical tasks. Preferences At least 2 years of professional experience in dental hygiene. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Experience with advanced digital dental technology and record-keeping systems.
