Main Responsibilities The Replenishment Department Specialist is responsible for meeting or exceeding key performance indicators and completing a variety of administrative and clerical activities that support the Replenishment Department in achieving its goals and objectives. The role operates under limited supervision and requires knowledge of multiple Distribution Centers, as well as department policies and procedures. Supports the Divisional Replenishment Manager(s) and Buyers by completing administrative and clerical work: maintaining files, running reports, data entry, answering routine questions or referring to proper individuals. Reviews upcoming firm order releases, enters potential rush orders into COSMOS, manages and reviews store shipping schedules, and monitors new and discontinued item processes by division. Assists Buyers with the placement of purchase orders, uploads external forecasts into Blue Yonder, maintains contact with retail store personnel, distribution centers and merchandising to resolve special problems or obtain necessary information while maintaining quality standards. Coordinates mandatory functions among the Replenishment Department, Distribution Centers and Merchandising teams. Enters store distribution and allocations of product; assists with creating WSO's to remove product from inventory for a distribution center. Responds to special requests and researches information for other department members as requested. The position will be based in Auburn, WA. Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred. Knowledge of merchandising terminology and products; prior retail industry experience preferred. Strong work skills: emailing, making and answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, completing office forms and proficient use of office equipment. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced features, formulas, and pivot tables). Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective business relationships within and outside the company. Ability to pay attention to detail, handle scope of work across multiple divisions, and work on tasks for multiple divisions simultaneously. Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to meet urgent deadlines while handling confidential information. Benefits Competitive wages paid weekly.
