Floating General Manager

Our growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations while inspiring teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong restaurant cultures, and develops high-performing management teams.

Floating General Manager Responsibilities

Oversee operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure consistency and excellence
Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and management teams
Foster a positive, hospitality-focused culture throughout all locations
Drive guest satisfaction, operational performance, and financial results
Analyze sales, labor, and operational metrics to improve profitability and efficiency
Support recruiting, hiring, training, and leadership development initiatives
Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, food quality, and team accountability
Work closely with ownership and senior leadership to execute company goals and growth strategies
Travel between locations regularly to provide hands-on leadership and operational support
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and labor regulations

Floating General Manager Qualifications

5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred
Proven leadership experience overseeing high-volume restaurant operations
Strong ability to develop teams and mentor restaurant leaders
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Financial management experience including labor, inventory, and P&L oversight
Hands-on leadership style with strong operational presence
Passion for hospitality, team culture, and guest experience
