Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Step into a dynamic school-based setting serving students across K-12th grades, with a primary focus on providing essential speech-language services. Here, a collaborative environment meets a flexible schedule-work 2 to 2 ½ days per week while impacting approximately 12 students on your caseload. Your expertise will support both intervention and evaluation needs across K-8th and K-12th buildings, playing a crucial role in helping learners advance their communication skills.


Opportunities are open for both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists, including those with CCC and CFY status, and SLPAs who are ready to make a meaningful difference. The position is based near Eden Prairie and the St. Paul area, offering a convenient location for those looking to serve diverse student populations.


Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based speech-language services
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is beneficial
• Capable of conducting and supporting evaluations
• Creative, organized, and dedicated to fostering student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small-group speech-language therapy sessions
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, providing actionable insights for IEP teams
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to promote student progress
• Document and track outcomes for all interventions and evaluations
