Step into a rewarding contract opportunity focused on helping students unlock their communication potential. We’re seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 academic year. This collaborative role centers around supporting a diverse student caseload (20-40 students) in a single building, offering an ideal environment to focus on meaningful therapy and student growth.

You’ll work a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week from September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027. With a caseload featuring setting 4 students, you’ll play an essential role within a dedicated special education team, using your expertise to make a daily impact.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
• Current SLP license for Minnesota (please attach when applying)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for supporting students with unique communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities to identify needs and develop individualized therapy goals
• Deliver direct therapy (individual and group) for a caseload of 20-40 students in setting 4, focusing on their functional communication skills
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to ensure integrated support
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Support participation in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
