Job Title Outpatient Clinical Supervisor Work Location Aliquippa, Pennsylvania (Community-Based) Employment Type Full-time Salary $65,000 Date Posted April 21, 2026 About the Role The Clinical Quality Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of clinical quality of services provided across assigned outpatient programs. This role acts as a specialized clinician, providing training and supervision, clinical consultation and collaboration, assessment and assistance, and clinical guidance and mentoring to all assigned programs. This position supports five offices and operates in a hybrid remote capacity, working 1–2 days from home depending on location needs, with flexibility required to travel weekly or monthly to Beaver, Brentwood, and North Hills outpatient clinics as needed. It also oversees school-based mental health partnerships.
