Job Description

• Design Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and craft tailored therapy strategies that empower patients in reaching their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and day-to-day activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques to facilitate ongoing progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients stay on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
