Your Role

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and develop tailored therapy strategies to help them accomplish their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply scientifically-supported therapies to improve motor abilities, cognitive function, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers about therapy modalities to facilitate ongoing development at home
• Track Progress and Outcomes: Document clinical progress and modify treatment plans as required to ensure effective patient care

Qualifications

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are highly encouraged

Certifications

• Current OTA/R/L license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
