Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' circumstances and design personalized therapy strategies to guide them in meeting their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-driven interventions to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide training to patients and their families on effective therapy methods to ensure continuous progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients on track toward their goals

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
