Job Description

• Customize Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' individual needs and create tailored therapy plans that focus on helping them achieve their personal functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ research-supported interventions designed to foster improvements in patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in synergy with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to offer comprehensive care that addresses the whole person.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide clear guidance to patients and caregivers about therapeutic approaches to support continuous progress beyond the clinical environment.
• Track and Adjust Care Plans: Monitor patient outcomes diligently while modifying treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal results.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution with accreditation.
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
