If you’re looking for a place where your clinical judgment is valued, your growth is supported, and your work truly makes a difference, we’d love to talk.Local Team Collaboration: Become part of a cohesive and long-standing team at Ascension Via Christi Hospital in Manhattan, KS.Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in emergency medicine or board-certified in family medicine or internal medicine with emergency medicine experience.Final-year residents are welcome to apply for summer/fall 2027.Authorized to work in the United States.Scheduling: 26 hours of physician coverage in the ED with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.20 hours of APP coverage.Full-time status is 120 hours.Key Responsibilities: Provide top-quality patient care in an 18-bed emergency department with approximately 24,000 annual visits and a 13% admission rate.Partner with a robust team of subspecialty professionals and utilize advanced imaging services to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.Lead in quality to help our hospital achieve excellence across the ED care experience.Living and Working in Manhattan: Manhattan, Kansas, a vibrant, growing city of about 55,000 residents, is the home of Kansas State University.
