Consumer Marketing Content Strategist We are seeking a strategic content professional to shape and elevate the storytelling that surrounds our connected home ecosystem. The role is about crafting cohesive, emotionally resonant narratives that translate technical innovation into compelling consumer experiences. What You’ll Do Develop a holistic content strategy that articulates our brand vision and product ecosystem. Create messaging frameworks that unify product launches, campaigns, and always‑on marketing. Translate advanced smart home technology into clear, compelling, and aspirational storytelling. Establish and maintain a premium, distinctive brand voice across all consumer touchpoints. Ensure consistency across digital platforms, retail environments, packaging, and owned channels. Bring clarity and cohesion to messaging across an expanding ecosystem of connected products. Set the standard for high‑quality content, both conceptually and editorially. Write and refine key strategic assets such as campaign concepts, headlines, and product narratives. Provide direction to cross‑functional teams, agencies, and creative partners to ensure alignment and quality. Ensure messaging is seamlessly integrated across web, e‑commerce, social, email, and in‑home experiences. Collaborate closely with product marketing, UX, design, and performance teams to optimize storytelling for impact and conversion. Shape content that supports both discovery and decision‑making in a premium purchase journey. Develop a deep understanding of our audience’s expectations of a modern, connected home. Analyze content performance and behavioral insights to continuously refine messaging. Monitor category trends to ensure our voice remains differentiated, relevant, and forward‑looking. Requirements 5+ years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or narrative development. Experience in consumer electronics, smart home, or premium technology brands. Demonstrated ability to create cohesive messaging frameworks across complex product ecosystems. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a refined, brand‑sensitive tone. Proven ability to distill technical concepts into clear, differentiated consumer value. Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
