Position is hybrid and based onsite inAurora or Englewood, CO. This is not a virtual/telecommuting position. Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.In this job, you will:Prepare periodic and special reports on property and material.Assist with the annual physical inventory activities (planning, execution, reconciliation, reporting).Frequently interact with both internal and external customers (government agencies).Support various audits including but not limited to Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance/Quality audits AS9100 audits, FIAR, Corporate internal audits, etc.Maintain property accountability records, determining condition of assets, arranging disposal of surplus/obsolete property.Additional tasks/assignments may be given to assist other team members, as necessary.If this job description reads like it was written specifically for you, consider joining our team!Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in property/asset management, logistics, supply chain and/or contracts. Or in lieu of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience in property/asset management, logistics, supply chain and/or contracts.Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced MS Excel skills.Must have a current and active Top-Secret security clearance.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to interpret and formulate independent judgment based on federal regulations, FAR 52-245.1 and applicable DFARS clauses.Experience with SAP environments.National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, or CPPM).Ability to work occasionally irregular hours and travel.Space/Defense Industry experience.About Space Sector: We are an industry-leading provider for prime satellite and payload capabilities and directed energy and electronics solutions for national security, military, and civil customers.Curious about all the exciting developments with the Northrop Grumman Space Sector? Click the link below:Primary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
