Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts is essential. The candidate will be given significant responsibility and be expected to run transactions with little or no oversight. Investment fund experience is a plus. Qualified candidates will have a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career.
