Real Estate Associate Attorney (Junior Level) – Denver
Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm in Denver. This is an outstanding opportunity for a junior associate to join a growing national real estate practice and work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions with direct client exposure and meaningful responsibility from an early stage.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of substantive real estate transactional experience, including experience in commercial real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, and joint venture matters. Candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively on complex transactions while continuing to develop strong drafting and client management skills.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- 2–3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in real estate finance transactions
- Experience with purchase and sale agreements, joint ventures, and general commercial real estate matters
- Familiarity with land use and development matters is a plus
- Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Admission to the Colorado Bar or eligibility to waive in
