Overview
Direct Counsel is seeking an entry-level Corporate Associate to join a leading law firm’s Healthcare Practice in Denver. This is a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated M&A and corporate transactions for private equity and financial sponsor clients in regulated industries.
Responsibilities
- Support M&A transactions and day-to-day corporate matters
- Draft governance documents (bylaws, operating agreements, partnership agreements)
- Work with private equity funds, sponsors, and portfolio companies
- Assist with transactional due diligence and deal execution
Qualifications
- Experience with corporate transactions and M&A preferred
- Exposure to private equity clients is a plus
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and team-focused
- Colorado Bar admission required
Compensation & Benefits
- $200,000 – $235,000 base salary + bonus
- Hybrid schedule (Denver office)
