Corporate Associate (Entry-Level) – Healthcare Transactions | Denver, CO | Hybrid

Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid

Overview
Direct Counsel is seeking an entry-level Corporate Associate to join a leading law firm’s Healthcare Practice in Denver. This is a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated M&A and corporate transactions for private equity and financial sponsor clients in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

Support M&A transactions and day-to-day corporate matters
Draft governance documents (bylaws, operating agreements, partnership agreements)
Work with private equity funds, sponsors, and portfolio companies
Assist with transactional due diligence and deal execution

Qualifications

Experience with corporate transactions and M&A preferred
Exposure to private equity clients is a plus
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and team-focused
Colorado Bar admission required

Compensation & Benefits

$200,000 – $235,000 base salary + bonus
Hybrid schedule (Denver office)
