Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney in Denver, CO, with 2-7 years of relevant experience. The firm provides strategic legal counsel to a diverse range of clients, from startups to established companies, on complex business matters. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements. Manage and support M&A transactions, including due diligence and closing processes. Advise clients on corporate governance and entity formation. Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel on regulatory issues. Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors. Work directly with clients to understand their objectives and build strong relationships. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Licensed to practice in the State of Colorado. 2-7 years of experience in corporate law, preferably at a law firm or in-house legal department. Experience in M&A, private placements, and corporate formation. Excellent drafting, communication, and project management skills. Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Education J.D. from an accredited law school Certifications Licensed to practice law in Colorado Skills Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
