Requirements North Memorial is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to start as soon as credentialed. Willing to consider multiple providers. Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed - ongoingSchedule: 8a-5p hospital coverage and overnight pager call. Minimum 2 weeks per month is ideal. Call Coverage: YesCall Type: Beeper callCall Ratio: 1:2Average Amount of Call Back Hours: 1-2 times weekly for after hours procedures# of Providers Needed: multiple physicians. Anticipate utilizing 2 at any given timeReason for Coverage: potential coverage gapPractice Settings: Inpatient/Hospital basedLeadership Position/Required to Teach: No Patient Population: 100 adult Outpatient vs Inpatient: inpatientAverage # of Patients Per Day: 10 cases/day weekdays 6 cases per day weekends. Trauma Level Designation: Leve 1 trauma Thrombectomy-capable stroke centerRequired Duties Procedures Skills etc: General IR cerebral embolectomy no aneurysm management. Moderate sedation. EMR/Documentation: EpicAdditional Notes: Anticipate only Interventional radiology coverage no diagnostic reads Credentialing Timeframe: 60 daysAre Temps Available?
