Insight Global is seeking a Facility Maintenance Superintendent to oversee all facility maintenance activities for UF/IFAS FPO across Southern Region campus locations. This role is responsible for providing leadership and direction for daily maintenance operations, including work order management, asset maintenance, preventive maintenance scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities include assigning and reviewing work, evaluating staff performance, coordinating after-hours emergency response, and ensuring compliance with UF/IFAS policies and procedures. This position also requires travel to remote sites, including the operation of a state vehicle as needed.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4 to 5 years of facilities management experience
• Expertise building controls, mechanical maintenance, and electrical repairs. Skill in using necessary equipment.
• Understanding of utilities, blueprints, and basic maintenance equipment.
• Experience with building permitting especially EH&S requirements.
• ADA compliance.
• Valid Driver's License.

Compensation:

$75,000 to $85,000 per year annual salary.
