Full time Roofing Superintendent with field experience. Must have valid driver's license and base level Spanish speaking ability. Job duties will be split between field, warehouse, and office.
Field Duties:
Provide objectives and oversee roofing crews
Document job progress and report daily
Ensure job site safety to meet OSHA requirements
Ensure jobs sites and roofs in progress are secured at the end of each work day
Recieve material deliveries
Conduct crane loads and downloads
Meet and communicate with customers and potential customers
Meet with building inspectors
Conduct roof inspections for repairs and maintenance
Attend pre-bid and pre-construction meetings
Take-offs and estimating
Pull and operate dump trailers
Warehouse/Office Duties:
Inventory management and organization
Forklift operation
Assist in organizing service & maintenance crews
Assist in job bidding
