JOB PURPOSE: • The Territory Manager of Specialty Accounts is responsible for leading a sales team to achieve targets and grow market share across the complex rehab technology industry. This role involves overseeing day-to-day sales activities, coaching and mentoring specialty account managers, and developing strategies to drive performance.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Specialty Account Managers (SAMs) to achieve/exceed sales goals. • Hires, develops and manages performance of sales team, providing feedback, coaching and support as needed.
• Lead team members to be accountable by assessing competency, capacity and performance; help influence their success as measured by their results. • Onboard new SAMs and provide hands-on field level experiential learning opportunities.
• Performs monthly field ride-along with direct reports. • Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business and grow existing accounts. • Builds cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth. • Represents Numotion at conferences, trade fairs and networking events. • Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion's mission.
• Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion's policies and federal regulations.
• Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority. • The above duties and responsibilities are not an all-inclusive list but rather a general representation of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience. • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading, mentoring and/or coaching others. PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Knowledge of Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) funding and payer requirements.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology. • Inspires and motivates others to perform well, effectively influences actions and opinions of others; provides vision to peers and team. • Ability to develop and execute multiple business priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
• Ability to effectively utilize technology and learn and adapt to innovative technology environments.
• Demonstrates ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, working with cross functional team members to achieve shared goals.
• Proven prior ability to act as a change agent and leading the acceptance of change within a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to develop and execute multiple business priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
• Demonstration of exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills both internally and externally with customers.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS: • The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
