Digital Marketing CoordinatorDefined Fitness is seeking a driven and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead the charge and tell our story across all digital platforms. You'll be responsible for content creation, social media management, event marketing, and digital campaigns that strengthen our brand and drive engagement. With a bold voice and a passion for fitness, you'll bring energy, innovation, and precision to everything you produce while demonstrating the following qualities:Driven and motivatedTeam-oriented and committedInspiring, passionate and efficientMaintains integrityEssential Functions & Responsibilities:Amplify Defined Fitness brand across digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and our internal communications platformCreate/manage compelling content (photos, videos, graphics, copy) for web, email, social media, digital ads, and Defined Fitness appDevelop and execute digital marketing calendars and strategies aligned with organizational goalPlan, promote, and execute events that enhance member engagement and brand visibilityManage social media accounts, respond to messages and comments, and foster active online communitiesOversee digital advertising campaigns and develop creative, monitor performance to optimize ROITrack and report KPIs, engagement, traffic, SEO, conversions, app downloads, and campaign effectivenessManage website content updates through a CMS and ensure SEO best practices are implementedBuild and launch email and SMS campaigns that connect with current and potential membersMonitor and manage online brand reputation across review platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.)Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure brand consistency across all channelsSupport marketing initiatives with print, digital, and in-club collateral developmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field preferredMinimum of two (2) years' experience in business-to-business sales, corporate outreach, or digital marketingStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to meet and exceed goals, manage time effectively, prioritize leads, and work independentlyPC literate, including Microsoft Office and various other products such as Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Premiere with proficiency in social media platforms and digital tools including Meta Business Suite, Meta Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms (e.g., Gym Sales)Must hold a valid NM driver's license (acceptable record) and means of transportation (registered and insured)Valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment and maintain throughout employmentAvailability to work evenings and weekends, onsite or remotely, as business needs requireOperational knowledge of videography and photography equipment, content creation, campaign planning, and event executionSelf-starter with strong creative instincts and attention to detailPhysical Requirements:Must be able to sit for extended periodsMust be able to lift and carry approximately 25 poundsMust be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, crouch, stoop, stand, listen, read and writeBenefits:Paid Time Off/Sick LeaveGym Membership (full access to our gym facilities at no cost to team members)Staff Pass Memberships (complementary membership for family & friends)Discounted Personal Training SessionsComprehensive medical, dental and vision plansLife / AD&D InsuranceLong-term disabilityPet Insurance401(k) retirement plan (subject to eligibility requirements)
