Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing plant operations in Victorville, CA. This position is focused on industrial electrical maintenance in a production environment (not residential or commercial work) . Candidates must have hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems and industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and maintain 24V, 120V, 240V, and 480V industrial electrical systems Work with motor controls, VFDs, relays, and contactors Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and document work performed Support electrical systems for plant production equipment and infrastructure (including cranes and heavy machinery) Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist with emergency repairs in a production environment Requirements: Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong understanding of 3-phase power systems Experience with motor controls and VFD troubleshooting Ability to read electrical schematics and perform basic PLC I/O troubleshooting Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment with equipment downtime situations Ability to work rotating day, night, and overnight shifts How to Apply: Submit your resume online or call the Victorville branch at View phone number on click.appcast.io to schedule an appointment.
