Global Tax Director — AI-Driven Strategy & M&A

Idera, Inc. seeks an experienced Director, Worldwide Tax to lead the global tax function. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape worldwide tax strategy, oversee international and domestic tax, tax accounting, transfer pricing, and compliance, and drive automation and AI-enhanced workflows. You will lead a four-person tax team, partner with Finance and Legal across regions, and manage external advisors to optimize tax outcomes for a fast-growing software company. #J-18808-Ljbffr Idera, Inc.
