Mechanical Assembler — Urgently hiring in Rochester! Job Title: Mechanical Assembler Pay: $19/hour Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime available on Fridays) Start Date: Immediate openings! What You'll Do As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:
- Working across multiple substations of boiler assembly, including building exchangers, sub-assemblies, wiring, testing, and crating
- Using a variety of tools, including manual and air-powered wrenches and screwdrivers
- Reading and interpreting work instructions and blueprints accurately
- Ensuring products are built to specifications and meet quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Mechanical inclination, math aptitude, and good communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Location & Schedule: This position is on-site in Rochester, NH, with a schedule of Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and overtime available on Fridays.
