ERP Systems Engineer (Infor SyteLine)

Salary: $120,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Were looking for 3+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, supporting, and developing Infor SyteLine/CloudSuite Industrial in on-premises environments.
• We need 3+ years of experience building integrations between SyteLine and other enterprise platforms such as CRM, shipping, quoting, or HRIS systems.
• We seek a solid grasp of manufacturing and business workflows, with the ability to align ERP capabilities to operational objectives.
• We require working knowledge of SQL and enterprise data concepts, including troubleshooting data, reporting, and integration challenges.
• We value strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, documentation, project management, and communication skills.
• We need the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business users across all levels of the organization.
• Preferred: experience with .NET, Visual Studio, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or similar development and analytics tools.
• Preferred: experience integrating SyteLine with platforms such as HubSpot, Xait CPQ, WMS/MES solutions, document management, shipping automation, or finance reporting tools.
• Preferred: experience with additional Infor products such as Doc-Track or IDM.
• Preferred: a bachelors degree in information systems, computer science, business, data analytics, industrial engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• We will configure, maintain, and support our Infor SyteLine ERP environment to deliver dependable performance and smooth daily operations.
• We will investigate functional and technical issues, determine root causes, coordinate fixes, and communicate updates clearly to users and stakeholders.
• We will work with software vendors, service partners, and programming consultants when specialized assistance is needed.
• We will extend and tailor SyteLine using Infor tools such as Mongoose forms, workflows, DataViews, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• We will develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reporting and analytics solutions using Mongoose Reporting, DataViews, Crystal Reports, SQL, Power BI, and related tools.
• We will design and support integrations between SyteLine and connected systems including CRM, CPQ, WMS/MES, BI, document management, data warehouse, shipping, and finance applications.
• We will use APIs, IDOs, SQL, JSON, XML, and similar integration methods to build dependable and maintainable data flows.
• We will document configurations, customizations, interfaces, dependencies, testing outcomes, support processes, and version history.
