Your precision on a manual mill powers learning for students, technicians, and professionals across industries.Your missionOwn the complete lifecycle of precision parts—planning, machining, quality checks, and continuous improvement.Machine to print using shearing, drilling, tapping, de-burring, and bench operations.Set up, operate, and maintain manual machines and tools to produce precision components.Troubleshoot defects, adjust process variables, and eliminate non-conformances.Interpret drawings accurately and verify quality at each step.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized cell.What you need to succeed1+ years of experience with milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench work.Ability to read blueprints and product specifications.Reliable and punctual—on the floor and ready at 6:00 AM.Comfort lifting/moving up to 25 lbs frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs.High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Looking to level up?
