Position Summary
Swim Pro Service and Supply is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Class B CDL Driver to transport, deliver, and assist with the application of pool chemicals at commercial pool facilities. This role involves operating a specialized flatbed truck for sodium hypochlorite delivery, manually filling chlorine tanks, following D.O.T., environmental, and safety regulations, and supporting pool service technicians with pool openings, closings, and maintenance. This is a hands-on position and not strictly a driving role.

Transport & Safety

• Operate flatbed trucks for sodium hypochlorite delivery
• Deliver pool chemicals to commercial properties such as aquatic facilities, apartments, hotels, YMCAs, and universities
• Adhere to D.O.T., environmental, and Hazmat regulations
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and safety checks
• Safely load, transport, and offload chemicals

Customer Service & Field Support

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding deliveries and safety procedures
• Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns
• Assist pool service technicians with pool operations

Documentation & Compliance

• Complete delivery logs, manifests, and Hazmat documentation
• Ensure paperwork complies with company and regulatory requirements
• Report incidents or discrepancies promptly

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL
• Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain
• Knowledge of D.O.T. and Hazmat regulations
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform manual labor
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail
• Excellent driving record and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of CDL driving experience
• Experience transporting hazardous liquids
• Pool service, chemical, or water treatment experience
