Clement Family Dentistry
Clement Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly organized and dependable Receptionist to join our front office team. Our practice is built on delivering excellent patient care and the receptionist plays a key role in making sure every patient feels welcome from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Answering phones scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Collecting payments and handling insurance information.
- Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous dental/medical office experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency (experience with Dentrix is a plus).
- Detail-oriented reliable and able to multitask in a busy office.
