FieldBridge Energy is looking for Midland, TX Equipment Operators to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. Weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $17-$23/hr DOE. 15 days on 6 off Rotation. At 84 hours per week and $23/hr for example, earn weekly payments of $2,438 gross. Per Diem: Mileage: up to 300 miles each way (600 round-trip). Airfare: Provided when driving is not practical Housing: Man camp lodging provided while in Midland.

**CDL A with no restriction is required**

Job Overview:

The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations. Open to any experience level, including newly licensed CDL drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
• Ensure individual and crew work safety.
• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
• Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
