- Assembly instructions for chemical reactors
- SOPs for gaming companies
- Presentations for telehealth platforms
- Job aids for luxury brands
- 2+ years of experience in technical, business, or content writing
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar platforms to support research, content development, editing, summarization, and other writing workflows
- Ability to evaluate, fact-check, and refine AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, tone, and quality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, screen capture tools, and Adobe Acrobat
- Degree in Technical Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to follow style guides and quickly learn new technologies and tools
- Experience with graphic design and video tools is a plus
- Ability to work onsite at the client's location, if required.
- Occasional travel may be required
