About the Role Full-time Technical Writer The technical writer will be responsible for writing and updating internal manuals that dictate how the rest of the company’s staff should complete their roles. Producing high-quality technical content that helps our clients and internal teams understand and use our services/products effectively. The Technical Writer will report to the Operations and Development Manager. Key Responsibilities • Creating and maintaining product documentation and manuals for regech products and services

• Translating complex technical information into clear content
• Editing and proofreading technical materials to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency
• Ensuring all documentation complies with industry standards and guidelines and is

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, or a related field
