Pediatrics Physician

Coverage Needed

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: Approximately 6 months
• Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
  • 3 - 4 days/week at 1st location & 1 - 2 days/week at 2nd or 3rd location

Clinical Details

• Practice Settings: Outpatient pediatric medicine
• Patients Per Day: 18-22
• Support Staff: Nursing and clinical staff
• Duties:
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, newborn care, immunizations, and routine health maintenance
  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic pediatric conditions
  • Monitor growth and developmental milestones while identifying concerns early and coordinating appropriate interventions
  • Provide preventive care, health screenings, and age-appropriate anticipatory guidance
  • Educate parents and caregivers on nutrition, safety, development, behavioral health, and disease prevention
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and treatments following evidence-based pediatric guidelines
  • Coordinate care with specialists, therapists, schools, and community resources to ensure seamless, family-centered care
  • Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient experiences and continuity of care

Requirements

• Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Licenses: NH license or IMLCC
  • If candidates do not have NH license or IMLCC, they will be required to obtain a locum license in addition to a perm NH license
  • NH licensed candidates preferred
• Years of work experience: 2 year(s)
