What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care for critically ill and premature newborns in a 16-bed Level III NICU
• Manage an average daily census of 7-8 NICU patients
• Attend and manage high-risk deliveries, supporting over 1,100 annual births
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and physicians
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and potentially assume leadership roles
• Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care in a supportive environment
• Contribute to ongoing clinical excellence and neonatal outcomes

What You Need

• Valid medical license, Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
• Residency in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine or completion of fellowship
• Ability to work in a collaborative, family-focused environment

• Experience managing high-acuity neonatal patients
• Leadership skills or interest in advancement
