Spanish Instructional Designer

Role & responsibilities We are seeking experienced, Spanish-speaking Instructional Designers to support an upcoming client engagement. The selected professionals will work remotely to design and develop engaging, learner-focused instructional content in Spanish. Candidates must reside and be legally able to work in a location where the Client has the required operational infrastructure currently India, the United States, Canada, and potentially Mexico. Key Responsibilities Design and develop instructional content and learning experiences in Spanish. Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective learning solutions. Create and review course materials, including learning objectives, instructional content, activities, assessments, and supporting resources. Ensure content is accurate, culturally appropriate, learner-friendly, and aligned with project quality standards. Support revisions and incorporate feedback within agreed project timelines. Work independently in a remote, fast-paced project environment. Preferred candidate profile Professional fluency in Spanish , with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Designer, Curriculum Developer, or similar role. Experience designing structured learning content, assessments, and learner activities. Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and internal project teams. Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage deadlines. Must reside or work in India, the United States, Canada, or potentially Mexico. Preferred Qualification: Experience working on digital learning, eLearning, higher education, corporate learning, or professional-development projects. Familiarity with learning management systems, particularly D2L/Brightspace. Experience developing Spanish-language learning content for diverse learner audiences.
