Position Summary Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, the Security Manager is responsible for the management, planning and monitoring of the organization's safety programs. Education Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience / License Minimum of five years of management experience in healthcare Safety Operations Working knowledge of TJC Standards, CDPH regulations, CMS regulations, CCR Titles 8,17,19,22, & 24, NFPA standards 7, FEMA regulations. Valid CA Driver's License HICS FEMA Disaster Management IS100, IS200, IS700 preferred M.A.B certification required. New hires must obtain within 6 months of hire. Must enroll in project management course within 6 months of hire.
