Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ functional abilities and determine OT treatment goals.
- Develop and implement OT plans of care to improve activities of daily living and mobility.
- Provide hands-on therapy, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and educate families on therapy goals.
- Ensure safety during therapy, including transfers, positioning, and activity modification.

Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Montana (or eligible to obtain) prior to start.
- Willingness to work in a long-term care / nursing home setting.
- Availability to commit to a 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work daytime hours and adapt to a travel assignment.
- Experience in geriatric/long-term care settings is preferred.
