Role Summary The Admin & Finance Executive is an entry-level role designed for candidates who are eager to build a career in finance, accounting, and business operations. You will support day-to-day administrative and finance activities while learning best practices in SaaS operations, compliance, and corporate finance. This role offers hands‑on exposure and growth into Finance, Operations, or Administration leadership roles over time. Key Responsibilities Finance Support Assist with daily accounting activities such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and data entry Support accounts payable and receivable activities Help prepare basic financial reports and reconciliations Maintain records for billing, collections, and payments Assist in payroll coordination and employee expense reimbursements Administrative Support Support office administration and day-to-day operational tasks Maintain employee, vendor, and company records Assist with vendor coordination, purchase orders, and renewals Help organize travel bookings, meetings, and events Support HR with onboarding/offboarding documentation Compliance & Documentation Maintain organized documentation for contracts, invoices, and statutory filings Assist with audit preparation and compliance checklists Follow internal approval and documentation processes Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality Cross-Functional Support Coordinate with Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations teams Support billing and invoicing for customers Help improve processes through documentation and simple automation Take on ad‑hoc tasks to support company growth Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome Skills Basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets Good organizational and documentation skills Willingness to learn financial systems and internal tools Basic communication skills (written and verbal) Personal Attributes High attention to detail Strong sense of responsibility and ownership Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Integrity and professionalism in handling information Nice to Have Internship or coursework exposure to accounting or admin roles Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.) Basic knowledge of GST, payroll, or invoicing processes Interest in working in a technology or SaaS company Structured learning across Finance, Admin, and Operations Mentorship from senior finance and operations leaders Opportunity to grow into Finance Executive, Admin Manager, or Operations Lead roles Exposure to global business operations Why Join Cloudbyz?
