Financial Services Representative

Position Overview

AO Globe Life is seeking a Financial Services Representative to help clients explore insurance protection options for themselves and their families. In this fully remote role, you will conduct virtual needs-based conversations and explain available life, supplemental health, and accident insurance coverage.

You will receive training, warm leads, resources, and mentorship designed to help you build trusted client relationships and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients using company-provided warm leads

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations

• Identify client needs through professional conversations

• Explain available insurance products and benefits

• Help clients understand coverage and next steps

• Provide timely follow-up and responsive support

• Maintain accurate client information and records

• Participate in coaching, training, and team development

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
