Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to oversee production planning, material scheduling, and supply chain coordination within a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting defense-related products. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the master production schedule, ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory levels, and driving on-time delivery performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Master Scheduling within a manufacturing environment, experience working with Oracle ERP systems, and hands-on knowledge of NetSuite administration and supply chain processes. Experience supporting DoD, aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to support customer demand and production requirements.
• Coordinate production schedules with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, capacity constraints, and material availability to ensure efficient production planning.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to address supply chain disruptions, production delays, and changing customer requirements.
• Drive inventory optimization while maintaining production continuity and customer delivery commitments.
• Generate and maintain production planning, forecasting, and scheduling reports.
• Collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of critical materials and components.
• Manage ERP system data integrity related to planning, inventory, and scheduling activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery metrics.
• Assist with ERP system enhancements, reporting, and process improvements related to Oracle and NetSuite platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Master Scheduling, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience utilizing Oracle ERP for production planning, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Experience working as a NetSuite Administrator, Power User, or Super User supporting supply chain and manufacturing functions.
• Advanced understanding of MRP, capacity planning, demand forecasting, inventory control, and production scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD, Aerospace, Defense, Electronics Manufacturing, or Government Contract Manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, or other defense industry compliance requirements.
• APICS certifications such as CPIM or CSCP preferred.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, system upgrades, or process improvement initiatives.
