Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist Assistant role is based in Elizabethville, PA. The Physical Therapist Assistant will support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality, individualized patient care, including assisting with treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and modalities for patients. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, documenting treatments and outcomes, and communicating effectively with the care team to adjust interventions as needed. The role also involves educating patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and wellness strategies, while maintaining a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered environment. The Physical Therapist Assistant will uphold CPRS standards of care and contribute to a collaborative clinical culture. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Patient Care and Quality Patient Care skills to ensure safe, compassionate, and individualized clinical support. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program; current Pennsylvania PTA license or eligibility for licensure. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. Ability to follow treatment plans, manage time effectively in a busy outpatient setting, and maintain professional ethical standards.
