Employee Benefits Operations Manager

Driving operational excellence nationwide, the full-time National Operations Manager, Employee Benefits will optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and implement best practices while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and implement national standards and best practices for Employee Benefits operations Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and monitor risk while implementing corrective actions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field 6-8 years in insurance brokerage operations with expertise in Employee Benefits Strong understanding of employee benefits workflows and compliance requirements Experience with national or multi-regional operational oversight and change management Advanced knowledge of operational best practices and process improvement methodologies
