About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Total Rewards and HR Operations to lead the strategic and operational aspects of the HR function. This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring that the total rewards and HR operations infrastructure, including compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS, are in line with the business's needs and compliant with all relevant regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing total rewards and HR operations strategies that support the company's talent strategy, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to overall business performance. They will also be tasked with championing an employee-centered approach to service delivery, maintaining governance and accountability across HR operations, and providing insights and recommendations to senior leaders on total rewards strategy and HR operational priorities. Applicants for the Head of Total Rewards and HR Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' of progressive HR experience. The role requires a strong background in total rewards, compensation, HR operations, and compliance, with a focus on hands-on compensation experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and compensation systems. Professional certifications such as CCP, CBP, CEBS, or SHRM-CP/SCP are also preferred. The role demands a leader with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, who can influence and drive change across the organization. The ability to balance strategic program design with operational execution and a proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business objectives are essential.
